ZIRKONZAHN is an aspiring and innovative company from South Tyrol/Italy with an international orientation in the dental industry. We offer a large product range; in addition to 3D scanners, CNC 5 axis milling units and user software, also high-tech dental materials and sintering furnaces for dental technicians all over the world are developed. From our Headquarter in Gais (BZ) we support the Spanish-speaking market worldwide.

To support our CAD/CAM support team, we are currently looking for a Employee for our helpdesk. The workplace is located in Gais/South Tyrol (Italy) and the tasks will be carried out in Spanish!


Your tasks:
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical errors
  • Telephone support of our customers (via remote TV connection)
  • On-site customer visits during service appointments all over the world


Our requirements/demands:
  • Ideally dental technical formation
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish as well as basic knowledge of English
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Fun working with technical equipment
  • Experience in working with customers
  • Willingness to travel for service calls abroad
