Informacje o produktach - Kolor Liquid

Kolor Liquid jest używany do barwienia wyfrezowanych i gotowych struktur tlenku cyrkonu. Barwienie odbywa się przez zanurzenie w cieczy podbudowy przed synteryzacją, aby ciecz wsiąknęła w strukturę cyrkonu. Jednakże  cyrkonu Prettau jest barwiony przy użyciu bezmetalowego pędzla. Czas zanurzania nie wpływa na kolorystykę cyrkonu, zatem 10 sekund wystarczy, aby osiągnąć jednolity koloryt. Podbudowa musi być wysuszona po procesie zanurzania w celu usunięcia nadmiaru barwnika. Kolejnym etapem pracy jest suszenie pod lampą. Jest to etap konieczny, aby podczas procesu syntetyzacji zapobiec uszkodzeniu elementów grzejnych pieca oraz optymalizować czas ich eksploatacji, unikając korozji przez kontakt kwasu zawartego w płynie Colour Liquid i żółtego zabarwienia struktury cyrkonu podczas procesu synteryzacji. Czas suszenia z podbudowy zależy od wielkości mostu. Dla poszczególnych koron i małych mostów do 5 elementów czas suszenia wynosi 45 minut, w przypadku większych mostów zalecamy czas suszenia do jednej i pół godziny.

Dostępnych jest  16 Colour Liquid cyrkonu ICE przezroczystego i 24 Colour Liquid cyrkonu Prettau, według kolornika Vita. Kolor staje się trwały w procesie synteryzacji.
