The Zirkonzahn sinter furnace 1500 consists of two parts, one of which contains the complete electronics and the control unit, the other one the firing chamber only. The power consumption is only 0,9 KW, which means that you do not need any separate industrial plug socket, but you can use a regular 230 V plug socket  .

The firing chamber of the ceramic furnace 1500 can accommodate up to 60 elements. In the firing furnace there are two levels on which the elements can be easily placed.

Sintering is a material compaction of the zirconia which takes place at the very high temperature of approx. 1500 degrees C. This causes a 3-dimensional contraction by approx 20% of the mould which was previously milled by increasing it by this value.
The sintering furnace is designed in such a way that all parts can be replaced, if necessary (without the intervention of a specialist).

If a more opaque zirconia is needed, it can be manufactured with a special sintering program. In this case the sintering curve is changed to give the zirconia framework a higher opacity.
