Abrasive devices
17 different abrasive devices covering the entire spectrum of the zirconium processing can be selected in our product range. They are subdivided into abrasive stones for the turbine and abrasive devices for the tool holder.

There are four different tungsten-carbide burs for the tool holder, used for processing green zirconium, two diamond burs and five zirconium oxide stones for the post-processing of sintered zirconium, a diamond rubber and two separating discs, one for green zirconia and one for sintered zirconia.
For the turbine, three different diamond blurs are available for the elaboration of sintered zirconia.

By processing the zirconia structures it is important not to set the revolutions per minute too high. For the elaboration with the tool holder a maximum of 10.000 rpm is recommended. Furthermore, do not apply an excessive pressure on the turbine and use water cooling.
