ZIRKONZAHN is an aspiring and innovative company with an international orientation in the dental industry. We offer a large product range; in addition to 3D scanners, CNC 5 axis milling units and user software, also high-tech dental materials and sintering furnaces for dental technicians all over the world are developed.
To support our CAD/CAM support team, we are currently looking for a Employee for our helpdesk (m/f)
YOUR TASKS
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical errors
- Telephone support of our customers (via remote TV connection)
- On-site customer visits during service appointments all over the world
OUR REQUIREMENTS/DEMANDS
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Fun working with technical equipment
- Experience in working with customers
- Willingness to travel for service calls abroad
