Prefabricated abutment blanks for different implant systems

The idea of a prefabricated abutment blank offers the possibility of improvements in the field of individual abutment manufacture. This new product is based on the combination of CNC pre-milled blanks and the processing with the manual copy-milling unit "Zirkograph". These abutment blanks, in which the implant connection and the screw channel are already CNC pre-milled for different implant systems (among others Straumann®; Brånemark®; Astra®) are now available at Zirkonzahn. Each abutment is simply finished by milling the required shape with the manual milling unit. Therefore, zirconia abutments for different implant systems can be manufactured within short time. This procedure combines significant time savings and efficient work with the guarantee of the highest precision and fitting. And again a small step forward to combine traditional craftsmanship with the latest technology following in the interest of the dental technicians

The abutment blanks can be used with the Zirkograph 025, the Zirkograph 025 ECO and the Designer Zirkograph, in connection with the compatible alignment bar set.
