The complaint of Zirkonzahn against Amann Girrbach AG as well as against the two members of the executive board, Oliver AMANN und Jutta GIRRBACH, brought clarification: A legal specialist report by a renowned patent attorney confirme now quite clearly, that Amann Girrbach with its device "Ceramill Base" has infringed our technical property right relating to the "Zirkograph". As of now Amann Girrbach is therefore forbidden to further produce the "Ceramill Base" in Austria in technical design imitating the "Zirkograph". Since the production plant of Amann Girrbach is situated in Austria, this is a flop for the company and will entail consequences in further countries. We reserve further legal passes.
